  1. Non-Cancelation of Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our books and the immediate commencement of production upon order placement, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they are confirmed. Please ensure that all details are accurate before completing your purchase.
  2. Mistakes on Our End: In the rare event that you receive a book with errors in printing or if it arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will gladly replace any book that is our responsibility, free of charge. Please reach out to our customer support within 3 days of receiving the damaged or incorrect item. We may require photographic evidence of the issue for quality control purposes.

Return Policy:

  1. Damaged Items: If your personalized book arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will request photographic evidence of the damage for our records. Upon verification, we will initiate the process of sending you a new copy of the book at no additional cost.
  2. Errors in Printing: In case you receive a book with printing errors that can be attributed to our production process, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. (like a blank page for example). We will require photographic proof of the error. Once confirmed, we will promptly create and ship a new copy of the book, ensuring it meets our quality standards.

  1. Modification of Details: Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or typos in the personalized information provided by customers.
